Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings a warm approach to direct, empowering, and holistic therapy to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks. My therapy style is collaborative, humorous, and affirming as I believe you are the expert in your own life but I can be a supportive tool to help you in being who you want to be!
Healing isn't one-size-fits-all, and therapy shouldn't be either. My work is based in trauma-informed care that honors where you've been, what you have experienced, and meets you exactly where you are. I believe your body holds wisdom that talk therapy alone can't always reach, which is why we integrate somatic approaches that help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
