College students often come to me when they feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, weighed down by negative self-perceptions, or overwhelmed by their emotional experiences. Through compassion and careful emotional attunement, I help create meaningful, corrective experiences that support lasting change, strengthen self-understanding, and build a more grounded sense of confidence. I enjoy helping young adults navigate difficult family dynamics, set boundaries with themselves and others, and improve self-esteem.
With almost a decade of experience working with college students, I understand the unique stressors that come with earning a college degree while also learning how to be an adult. I am passionate about helping young adults thrive as they navigate the transition to adulthood.
