Insights Psychology is a private, outpatient mental health clinic with locations in Woodbury and Bloomington, Minnesota. We offer individual, couples, and family psychotherapy, as well as medication management services for adults and psychological assessments. We work with children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions.
Our multidisciplinary team of licensed psychologists and trained mental health professionals uses evidence-based approaches to support emotional well-being and help clients build long lasting coping skills. We also strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients explore their experiences, set goals, and identify their inner strengths.
Appointments are available both in person and through telehealth, allowing students and other clients across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and other PsyPACT participating states to access care.
