Kailey Krupar
Constant low-spoon days, chronic fatigue, a sense of impending doom, or questions around identity may be what brought you here today. You’ve been doing the best you can, but something isn’t working anymore. You don’t have to keep carrying it alone. I’m Kailey, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art therapist. I specialize in working with chronic illness, LGBTQIA+ clients, and trauma.
I help people using a blend of art therapy and DBT-informed skills. Through guided creative work, we slow things down, make emotions and patterns easier to work with, and build tools for regulation, without relying on the “right” words. The process is intentional, supportive, and paced with care.
You don’t need to be artistic or know exactly what to say to start. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced with care, focused on creating a space that feels contained and supportive rather than overwhelming. If you’re looking for a creative, structured approach to therapy that meets you where you are, I invite you to reach out.
