Do you ever feel like something is off? Maybe a significant event (or something you see as small) has shifted how you engage with your world. It may even go farther back - seeing how others engage the world and seeing something different there. We all take in the world in unique ways, shaped by many different lived experiences and lessons learned. My ideal client is someone who is looking for a space and an invitation to get curious, about their story, or what their bodies might be able to teach them for those interested in practice from somatic experience lens.
