Accepting clients Last Updated 1 days ago

I use a person-centered approach infused with elements of existentialism, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy to create a genuine, humorous, and playful environment. This judgment-free space allows clients to express themselves freely. Through trust and collaboration, I help clients gain self-awareness, find effective solutions, and believe in their limitless potential. Together, we can foster growth and move toward a more empowered, fulfilling life. I have extensive clinical experience with adults and adolescents in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including Telehealth.

As a PhD candidate at Pace University, my research focuses on the positive effects of spirituality and Buddhist concepts. My expertise includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, with a strong emphasis on the benefits of spiritual awareness. I believe that when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change, as Dr. Wayne Dyer wisely said. Let's embark on this transformative journey together.
