As your personal Life Coach, I will work with you to gain clarity about what you really want out of, and in, your own life. We will work together to define your dreams, hopes, and desires and establish a plan to help you achieve your goals. You will come to live a life of freedom and empowerment.

Many come seeking guidance when struggling with grief, sadness, loss, parenting issues, eating disorders, relationships, coming out and transitioning, ACOA issues, career and job transition, and many other issues. I also provide surgical consultations and letters for gender affirming surgeries.
