Ben(Ayla) List

Hi, I'm Ayla. I am a queer, sex-positive, trauma-informed therapist, dedicated to helping individuals and partners befriend their nervous system, foster deeper connections with themselves and others, and develop strategies for navigating life challenges.

My background in therapy stems from six years of working with young adults and families in an inpatient wilderness therapy setting and working with a wide range of clients in outpatient settings. My approach draws on mindfulness, brain spotting, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to create a warm and non-judgmental space for you to authentically explore yourself, your emotions, your unique history and your goals.

I take a client-centered approach that centers your unique experiences and your goals in the therapeutic process and am particularly passionate about working with neurodiverse, gender-diverse, queer, poly, kink communities, and anyone else who has been marginalized because of their identity, preferences, or way of being in this world. I look forward to connecting with you on your journey toward emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual well-being.
