Sumeyah Chaudhry, LMSW
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or struggling with persistent intrusive thoughts that keep you from staying present? Are you ready to make meaningful changes and just need the right support to improve your quality of life? I'm Sumeyah Chaudhry, a specialist in Anxiety and Obsessive-Complusive Disorder (OCD), working with adolescents and adults 14 and older. I especially enjoy supporting high school students, college students, and young professionals on their journey toward healing.
I work primarily with teens and adults experiencing OCD, health anxiety, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, specific phobias, and more. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I'm one of the limited clinicians in the Ann Arbor area with specialized training in this mode of therapy.
Taking the first step can feel scary, but you are not alone—I’m here to listen and support you. Together, we can build practical tools and skills to help you create a more fulfilling life. If you're considering therapy and want a compassionate, nonjudgmental space, I invite you to reach out. You can also request a complimentary 15 min phone consultation.
