Gen Z and Millennial women are often bombarded with difficult life transitions such as adulting, relationship distress, quarter-life crises, career pursuits, parenting, caregiving, and more. This can be a lot to manage! Societal pressures plus the changing roles of women in this age group require a focused, feminist, and knowledgable approach. It can be tricky searching for the right therapist, so I appreciate you being here in the first place. My approach is fine-tuned, using radical genuineness, to help you learn how to manage these unique stressors while maintaining authenticity and calm. I am practiced in several targeted therapies that meet the needs of women in transition including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy). In my personal experience, I have come to view change as the only constant, which is why I find great value in being able to help my clients through significant life transitions. Looking back at the clients I've served over the years, I have been able to find something about every one of them that I admire. I love meeting my clients where they are and seeing how I can support their walk through life in a genuine, non-judgmental, and meaningful way. If this sounds like the right approach for you, feel free to reach out for a phone consult.
Hi, I’m Sierra (she/her)! I help queer, neurodivergent people-pleasers swap burnout for boundaries and self-doubt for self-love. As a lesbian woman with ADHD raised in the Bible Belt, I know what it’s like to feel both “too much” and “not enough” all at once. If you’ve found yourself here, it probably means… - You’ve spent years assuming you were broken because you’ve never had the language for the very real symptoms you’re experiencing. For example, difficulty estimating how long something will take (time imperception) or losing hours to reflecting on an interaction to make sure you’re not a bad person (scrupulosity). - You wonder, “Do other people struggle with this, or is it just me?” - You overthink social cues constantly, unsure what people want you to say or do, while everyone else seems to just know. - Asking for help feels impossible, especially from authority figures, because fear and self-doubt have been running the show. - Therapy in the past felt like explaining Queerness 101, impeding on your ability to make progress. It also means you’re ready to take the first steps towards… - Discovering you’re not broken, you’re human, and your experiences have names, explanations, and solutions. - Realizing you’re not alone. Countless people have struggled with the very same things, and most of them lead fulfilling lives. - Feeling worthy of taking up space and receiving help, even in spaces that used to feel intimidating. - An affirming therapeutic space where you are truly held and encouraged to be your full self by someone who has walked a similar path (I see you, aro/ace spectrum babes). - Integrating all parts of yourself, even the shadowy parts, into a new story where you are the main character, moving through life with confidence, clarity, and authentic self-expression. This is your invitation to come as you are, messy parts and all, and explore self-compassion, authenticity, and personal growth in a space that sees and values you. Every “should” you obey costs you the life you could have been making. Don’t wait to start reclaiming your time, energy, and peace! Your softer, freer life can begin today.

Are you are stuck in a job you hate, aren’t sure if you should stay in your current relationship, or just feel in a “funk” from time to time? If so, therapy is for you. I use a solution-focused approach to help you find the answers you are looking for. I enjoy working with adults (and older teens) who can’t quite figure out how to live their best lives. I specialize in couples – before marriage, when you still have stars in your eyes, after marriage when things are a bit harder than you thought they’d be, and towards the potential end of marriage, when you need to make the tough decision to either stay together or not. My typical clients are high achieving, and motivated people who need some guidance in a particular area of their life, I'll work with you to identify patterns (and people) that keep you stuck, and help find a path forward. I'll also show you how to set boundaries and identify what you can and cannot control, so you can move forward confidently. Sometimes the most difficult part of therapy can be making the decision to start. I am located in the heart of historic Kirkwood in-town Atlanta neighborhood and, am available to do telehealth (video calls) on a case-by-case basis. Give me a call or email today to set up an initial free 15 minute phone consult to see if we would be a good fit!
The freedom of life after high school was supposed to feel different than this. The college and young adult years are full of possibility with new experiences, new independence, and the freedom to begin shaping life on your own terms. It’s exciting to explore who you are and what you want, with so many paths open ahead. But that same freedom has left you frozen in fear. With so many new experiences, choices, and no clear “right” answers, it’s easy to slip into second-guessing, pressure, or self-doubt. You’ve gone from knowing exactly what you were doing and excelling to feeling lost and suddenly feeling that perfect 4.0 slipping away. What should feel like possibility can quickly start to feel like a burden and you just want someone to tell you what to do with your life. I help high-achieving students like you gain clarity and perspective as they tackle these exciting, yet sometimes anxiety provoking, milestones because feeling at home in your studies, career, and connections is essential to living a fulfilled life.

My name is Danielle Veader and I work with young adults that are struggling to find balance and enjoyment in their lives. The stress of early adulthood can be really overwhelming. Class work, parental expectations, and navigating relationships is challenging. Anxiety, depression, and/or a general sense of feeling lost can seep in. I work with clients to help them better understand and manage their emotions. I partner with them to acquire the tools and skills to better cope with the inevitable stressors of life. We all understand that life can be hard, but no one has to navigate it alone.
I help women and young adults struggling with depression and anxiety disorders improve daily life, restore joy and internal light by offering a holistic approach including medication, psychotherapy, lifestyle modification, and more! As a doctoral prepared Nurse Practitioner, dual board certified in Psychiatry and Women’s Health, I have over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field and understand the mental, emotional, even spiritual impact of varying stages of life on a woman's mental health. I firmly believe that everyone has the answers and power within them to heal themselves! I am here to offer professional guidance, a safe space, hope for recovery, and to help facilitate you finding your power and "light" within!
What would it look for you to live a life that more closely aligns with your values and potential? Sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck as we repeat the same self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. We try to cope with the stresses of life, but our coping mechanisms just don't seem to work anymore. Let's face it: life can be really hard at times. But with the help of others, we can take steps towards becoming the people we were created to be. As a therapist, I create a warm environment to help you achieve your goals. I work with adults and adolescents who struggle with addiction, depression, and anxiety, as well as those who are simply adjusting to challenging life circumstances and events (i.e., a global pandemic, the loss of a loved one, moving to a new city). In all of these cases, I believe that change and healing take place in the context of relationships with other people, and I would consider it a privilege to cultivate a therapeutic relationship with you as you take steps towards living into your values and potential.
Having a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and valued is essential. I warmly invite you into a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore who you are and what your needs are in order to heal and grow. I deeply believe that you are the expert of your own experience, and I use a collaborative approach to support you in exploring, understanding, and shaping your path forward. I work with clients in both an individual and relationship capacity, helping people deepen their understanding of themselves, their connections, and their emotional intimacy with others. My areas of specialization include chronic illness, LGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergence, trauma-related dissociation, and complex trauma. As a queer, trans, and neurodiverse therapist, I know how difficult it can be to take this step. I am here to support you, exactly as you are, with care and understanding. If you're interested in seeing if we are a good fit, reach out via email or phone & we can chat about how I can support you.
I specialize in working with adults ages 18 and older. My focus is on helping individuals navigate a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life changes and transitions, relationship problems, career and higher education, and grief. I deeply value diversity and am committed to honoring the unique religious, spiritual beliefs, and gender identities of each person I works with. My goal is to provide compassionate and effective support, empowering you to overcome obstacles and achieve greater well-being.

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail. – Ralph Waldo Emerson Hello. I am Tina, a Nurse Practitioner who is board-certified in Psychiatry, Family, and Midwifery. I am experienced in treating a variety of psychiatric conditions, such as Disorders of Mood and Anxiety, Children and Adolescents, Schizophrenia, and Dual-Diagnosis, as well as Women’s Health, including during pregnancy. I boast a very diverse work history, passion for people, and an integrative approach to caring for the whole patient across the lifespan. In my free time, you can find me hustling up kids and chickens, “reading” a good audiobook or multi-tasking my way through life. I am a graduate of Vanderbilt and Emory University where I completed a doctorate in nursing practice and multiple nursing degrees. My path to success has been and remains humble. Since 2005, I have worked in a variety of settings from the emergency department and Pediatrics to Family and Women’s health as well as inpatient and outpatient Psychiatry. Welcome! My name is Joseé Muldrew. I am a proud Spelman Alumna and a graduate of Boston University. I'm passionate about helping college student and communities of color uncover their truths by identifying and processing the various life experiences that may have skewed and muddied their world view. I believe that every person deserves to experience unconditional love and self-acceptance, and that starts from within. As a therapist, I view myself as an advocate and supporter who walks alongside you on your journey. I hold up a figurative mirror that allows you to see everything that you are, while equipping you with the necessary tools to navigate life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, racial identity issues, and attachment issues, among other concerns. Individual therapy is a powerful, yet challenging process that requires trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship. I work to build a healthy rapport with my clients that empowers them to share their story and experience the healing they desire in a nonjudgmental environment. Through our work, you will move out of past limiting beliefs that have kept you stuck into new and adaptive ways of behaving and thinking that promote growth.
