I am Dr. Catline Jacques, a double board-certified psychiatrist. I completed my psychiatry residency at Tufts Medical Center and my fellowship in consultation liaison psychiatry at Cambridge Health Alliance. My professional background gives me a uniquely integrated perspective on how stress, anxiety, and burnout affect your mind, body, and academic performance. I work with students and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life stressors, and burnout, as well as conditions that often accompany these, including ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and health anxiety. I offer psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapy, personalized to your goals and delivered without feeling rushed. All services are 100% virtual and available to adults across Massachusetts. Reaching out is a first step, not a commitment. I would be glad to support you. We typically respond within 24 hours. We all, at times, encounter periods of pain or discomfort related to relationships, work, responsibilities or our inner sense of self. It takes courage, trust, and a certain amount of hope to reach out for help by initiating therapy. My approach to therapy is rooted in psychodynamic theory. I take seriously the task of understanding the unique narrative of your life, carefully listening to and reflecting on your experiences to unravel how they've sculpted you into the person you are today. Together, we will work to understand your mind, enabling us to confront the challenges and conflicts you face with newfound clarity and strength. I work with individuals across all life stages, addressing a spectrum of concerns. I provide support for depression, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. I also offer psychological assessments to clarify diagnostic questions and help guide existing therapeutic treatments towards self-understanding and growth. I have advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychological evaluation, honed through my training at Cambridge Health Alliance, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. I also have experience as a therapy and testing clinical consultant and have worked extensively with LGBTQIA+ populations in individual, group, and community-based contexts.

Hello College Students! My name is Andrew Taytslin, Psy.D., and I am a clinical psychologist with over ten years of experience conducting neuropsychological and psychological evaluations with individuals across the lifespan. One of my specialties is helping college students identify aspects of their cognitive and psychological functioning that can impact day-to-day life, such as school and academics, work, social/interpersonal functioning, and mental health. The evaluations I conduct are comprehensive, involving various cognitive and psychological tests, and yield a diagnostic report that reviews test results, a summary of findings (including diagnoses if indicated), and treatment recommendations. For college students who receive a diagnosis and require assistance in the school setting, reports also include recommendations that can be integrated into accommodation plans in coordination with your school’s services department(s).

About my practice: I strive to offer clients with a warm and collaborative environment to help them cope with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, academic/job-related stress, chronic health concerns (including navigating complex medical systems), and life transitions. I understand that people are doing the best they can, while simultaneously wanting to change. While I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds, many people who seek me out identify as people of color and/or have inter-racial or trans-national families. In addition, I frequently see clients with diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. I help clients consider ways to draw upon existing strengths as they cope with various forms of marginalization. My approach: My style is collaborative, and I integrate multiple approaches, depending on a client's needs and preferences. I draw from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based therapies. I help clients consider their patterns of relating to themselves and others that are leaving them feeling stuck. In addition, I offer clients skills to shift their relationship with distressing thoughts and feelings, so they can better engage in their lives. Fees: About me: After earning a master's degree in Human Development at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, I completed my doctoral studies at University of Massachusetts Boston. My postdoctoral training at McLean Hospital, a Harvard-affiliated psychiatric hospital, focused on exposure therapy for anxiety disorders. Most of my work has been in school settings, including college counseling centers, because I love working with students. If you have questions, please feel free reach out!

I have been a practicing psychologist, psychoanalyst, and teacher for many years, and I offer psychotherapy tailored to address the unique needs and goals of my individual clients. Many want to work on specific problems relating to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, or childhood trauma. Many are successful people, but find they struggle with one specific area, for example intimate relationships. Some are not sure what, exactly, is wrong, but know that they feel stuck in their lives and are looking for help identifying a path forward. My style is interactive, and I believe that successful psychotherapy depends upon a trusting and respectful relationship between the therapist and client. Psychodynamic understanding is fundamental to my thinking, but I incorporate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and other skill building strategies when helpful. My practice is geared for individuals and couples who are graduate students or staff. For more detail: www.margaretsablove.com. I have developed a specialty in the treatment of eating disorders and collaborate with treatment programs and medical professionals. In addition I offer individual and group clinical supervision for mental health professionals. I have flexible office hours and use video conferencing when in-person meetings are difficult to schedule.

My approach to therapy is guided by the belief that healing and change occur in relation with others. I am committed to meeting people where they are, taking time to learn their unique needs and life experiences, and honoring their own self-knowledge. I strive to create a safe and contained space that fosters exploration and self-actualization. I draw from psychodynamic and relational therapies, while also integrating narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My style is warm, genuine, and collaborative, and I practice with a queer, feminist, and anti-oppressive lens. I work with adults of all ages to navigate a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, identity issues, life transitions, interpersonal struggles, grief, and loss. I specialize in working with complex and developmental trauma, relationships and attachment, and first-generation challenges and experiences. I have experience working in schools, colleges, and community mental health. My personal and professional experiences have informed my passion for working with individuals impacted by the carceral system. I also find joy in expanding and enriching the therapeutic experience through the use of music, theater, and other art forms.

I practice from a relational psychodynamic and acceptance-based perspective, grounding my work in an understanding of how distress emerges in the context of structural oppression. I view healing as a process that includes resisting oppression and engaging compassionately with difficult emotions and thoughts. In therapy, I collaborate with clients to examine the narratives imposed on them and explore pathways toward living their values. I support adults navigating mood and anxiety concerns, identity development, life transitions, relational challenges, trauma, grief, structural oppression and substance use. I work with clients across all identities and specialize in working with Asian American and LGBTQ+ populations. My identities as a bilingual (Tagalog) Filipino American queer cisgender woman shape my commitment to serving Asian American, immigrant, and LGBTQ+ communities. I research the mental health impacts of Asian American sexually expansive people’s coping and resistance to racism and heterosexism, and their experiences of post‑traumatic growth and meaning‑making.

I am committed to creating a collaborative and open-minded atmosphere where you can come to know yourself more fully. People often seek psychotherapy when they feel overwhelmed and have reached a breaking point. They want to feel more grounded in who they are and the choices they make. Therapy offers a dedicated space to identify, understand and eventually transform painful experiences that have lead to suffering and frustration. My approach is warm and engaged. I have experience working in varied settings (inpatient units, partial programs, and community clinics) and with adults from all walks of life many of whom have lived through various traumatic experiences. I particularly enjoy working with graduate students and first gen college students navigating life transitions. I deeply respect the courage it takes to come to therapy and I welcome hearing from you.
